The Lyme Planning Board will meet on April 23rd 2009 at 7:00 PM at the Lyme Fire Station at 44 High Street to consider the following items:
7:00 Item 1. Elect a Chair and Vice Chair.
7:05 Item 2. Approval of minutes April 9th, 2009.
7:10 Item 3. Loch Lyme Lodge, Application for Site Plan Review
Loch Lyme Lodge is proposing to replace an existing septic system that is at the end of its useful life and a small bath house in the beach area that will be not more than 100 square feet. Proposed construction would impact the Shore land Conservation District, Flood Prone Conservation District, Agricultural Soils Conservation District, Wetlands Conservation District and the Steep Slopes Conservation District. The property is located at 70 Orford Rd. (Route 10). Map 408 Lot 22
7:40 Item 4. A discussion of RSA 647:53 Land Affected by Municipal Boundaries.
The board will discuss this RSA in reference to a parcel located on Goose pond Rd. Map 401 Lot 40.
