Public Hearing
Board Members and Staff Present: David Roby, Chair; Dick Jones Select Board Representative; Ben Kilham Alternate David Robbins Planning and Zoning Administrator
Board Members Absent: John Stadler Co-Vice Chair; Paul Mayo Co-Vice Chair; Vicki Smith Member; Sam Greene Alternate; Freda Swan Alternate;
Members of the Public Present: None
Chairman Roby opened the hearing at 7:20pm and appointed Ben Kilham to sit as a regular member.
There being no members of the public present, chairman Roby asked if there was a motion from the Board to submit the ordinance to the Town for a vote at town meeting.
Dick moved that the proposed Small Wind Energy Systems Ordinance be submitted with changes to the Town for a vote at town meeting.
Ben seconded the motion.
All three members present voted in favor of the motion
The motion passed unanimously.
Dick made a motion to close the Public Hearing.
Ben seconded the motion
The motion passed unanimously.
Then Public hearing closed at 7:28pm
