MINUTES
Present: Judy Brotman, Don Metz, Jay Smith, Carole Bont, Tish Smith, Freda Swan, Simon Carr, Mike Woodard, Pete Bleyler, Patty Jenks
1) The meeting was adjourned at 11:25.
2) Approval of the minutes will be postponed until the next meeting.
3) Simon gave out a letter to mailed to Postal Patron explaining the financials. There followed a discussion and it was decided to mail it as corrected ASAP.
4) There was a discussion of a walk/bike trail from the Common to Post Pond with a side trail to the new offices. It was decided to attempt to start a committee and get the Selectmen involved.
5) Freda reported that Carole and Patty had helped with Timeline and it was hoped that it would work out.
6) The meeting adjourned at 12:25 PM.
