MINUTES
PUBLIC SESSION
Present: Frank Bowles, Freda Swan, Tish Smith, Carole Bont, Judy Brotman, Mike Woodard, Pete Bleyler
1) The meeting was called to order at 11:30 AM.
2) There was a discussion concerning the Q&A’s. It was decided to make three lists; A long letter perhaps 2-3 pages which would be mailed to everyone; a medium length one which would be put in the Town Report; and a short one which could go in the Church Newsletter and could be handed out. Freda and Judy agreed to work on this and will ask Patty to join them.
3) There was a unanimous roll-call vote to enter non-public session under RSA 91-A:3, II d at 12 noon. Judy Brotman was invited to join the committee.
4) At 12:20 PM, the Committee came out of non-public session and by unanimous vote, voted to keep the minutes sealed.
5) The meeting adjourned at 12:25 PM.
