MINUTES
Present: Frank Bowles, Tony Pippin, Tish Smith, Don Metz, Carole Bont, Jay Smith, Judy Brotman, Simon Carr, Patty Jenks, Freda Swan
1) The meeting was called to order at 11:40 AM.
2) The minutes of Oct. 2 were approved.
3) There was discussion concerning tomorrow night’s public meeting. The discussion will keep the cost to $1 million. We must put announcements in Listserve and on the web-page.
4) Frank explained that the “stream” on the Recreate property has been determined to be a perennial stream. It was monitored three times and was flowing all three times.
5) There was discussion concerning the maintenance of the new building and the fact that it will cost an additional amount because the library has paid all the utilities plus the cleaning of the present office.
6) Discussion followed concerning partitions. It was suggested that ceiling fans would be useful.
7) The flyer must be updated after tomorrow night’s meeting.
8) The meeting adjourned at 12:30 PM.
