MINUTES
Present: Jay Smith, Tony Pippin, Tish Smith, Frank Bowles, Carole Bont, Simon Carr, Freda Swan, Patty Jenks
1) The meeting was called to order at 11:30 AM.
2) The minutes were accepted as corrected.
3) Ray Clark is willing to have an informal meeting with the Planning Board and would like to attend. Don will ask Mather.
4) There were two responses to our letter to the Lyme Common lot owners; Jeffrey and Karen Marks who own 13 Union St., Map 201 Lot 51.2; and Scott and Heidi Nichols who own 10 Brook Lane, Map 201 Lot 50. The Team agreed that the Nichols lot was too small and sloped and that the Marks land was complicated by the location of the septic system and the width of the driveway. Tish will make a visit to see the lots. There were 114 letters sent.
5) The Team discussed the web-site and the need for space. It was agreed that the minutes would go on the town site and be linked to the Town Office site. Simon will talk to Elise.
6) Frank and Don will write a rough draft of a “flyer” and email it to the committee. Pauline Field has offered to format it.
7) The meeting adjourned at 12:25 PM.
