MINUTES
Present: Simon Carr, Tish Smith, Patty Jenks, Mike Woodard, Pete Bleyler
Absent: Freda Swan, Tony Pippin, Pete Bleyler, Tom Hunton, Carole Bont, Frank Bowles, Don Metz, Tony Pippin
1) This meeting was not called to order as there was no quorum.
2) An informal discussion was held, during which Mike Woodard shared that Appraiser Bruce Taylor has agreed to do the appraisal at Recreate within a 2-3 week timeframe.
3) Those present did a review of the Mission/Vision statements prepared and offered suggestions of how they could be consolidated into one concise statement.
4) Mike will double check with ray Clark that it’s OK to disclose asking price and negotiated terms.
5) There is a meeting scheduled for Monday July 2, 2007 at 2:30pm. Tish will be late. Patty & Carole will not be there.
