MAY 22, 2007
MINUTES
Present: Mike Woodard, Frank Bowles, Simon Carr, Patricia Jenks, Tish Smith, Don Metz, Freda Swan, Carole Bont
1) The meeting was called to order at 11:40 AM.
2) The minutes of May 8 Public session were amended to change Library “Committee” to Library “Trustees”and approved. The minutes of the May 8 non-public session were approved as submitted.
3) The Committee discussed the two draft letters concerning the invitation for new members. At 11:50 AM, Metz moved that we go into non-public session under RSA 91-A:3, II (c) , seconded by Jenks followed by a unanimous roll call vote.
4) The Committee came out of non-public session at 12:10 PM and the minutes were sealed under a motion by Metz, second by Smith and a unanimous roll call vote.
5) Woodard moved to go into non-public session under RSA 91-A:3, II (d), seconded by Bowles, and a unanimous roll call vote.
6) The Committee came out of non-public session at 12:25 PM and the minutes were sealed under a motion by Woodard, seconded by Metz with a unanimous roll call vote.
7) The members decided that they would invite Rusty and Tim Estes, Mort Bailey, Bucky Olsen, Jim Jenks, and Wayne Pike to the next meeting to discuss any ideas they may have.
8) The meeting adjourned at 12:30 PM.
