Town Facilities Committee
Minutes
May 8, 2007
Present: Frank Bowles, Mike Woodard, Tish Smith, Freda Swan, Patricia Jenks, Pete Bleyler, Tony Pippin and Simon Carr.
1) The meeting was called to order at 11:30 AM.
2) The minutes of May 1, 2007 were approved.
3) The Committee went into nonpublic session.
4) The Committee discussed the list of potentials. Smith reported that the Library Committee had voted not to move the library across the street into the school. Therefore, the library/school was removed from the list. Woodard will check with Alden Inn, Lyme Timber, and Tuckaway. Jenks will check with her husband on the pit. Bowles will start some preliminary work on Recreate. Nichols is temporarily on hold while meetings with the Planning Board are held.
5) The meeting adjourned at 12:35 PM.
The next meeting will be May 22 at the fire station at 11:30 AM
