MEETING MINUTES
November 11, 2008

Members Present:~ Don Metz, Michael Woodard, Jay Smith, Simon Carr, Judy Brotman.
Public Present: Stephen Campbell.
The meeting was officially opened at 8:00 am by Co-Chair Don Metz.~~
- The minutes of October 28, 2008 were approved.
- Estes & Gallup have not create a project flow chart yet. They expect to do a basic chart this week.
- The project is moving right along. At this point, the expected completion date is July/August, but may be sooner.
- The site clean up is completed. Mike will check on the final payment to Harper Environmental Services, and on the final notice from the State that no further action is required. Any remaining escrowed funds will be disbursed following receipt of state notice.
- Simon has spoken to Bob Eaton (NH Highway). He is enthusiastic about the realignment of the cut-through from Route 10. He wants to see a berm or fence and planting at the old intersection, so there is no confusion as to where the road is (and is not).
- Driveway realignment is not presently being proposed, but possible alternatives are being reviewed.
- Don will contact Nancy Dwight about donation funds, and Anne Baird about the cupola fund.
- Ray is totally out of the shop, and work is beginning in that area.
- Lyndonville Office supply will be designing the work spaces. Measurements and beginning layouts will begin after the windows are in place.
- Meeting adjourned at 8:38 am.
