NEW TOWN OFFICES COMMITTEE
MEETING MINUTES
October 28, 2008
Members Present:~ Don Metz, Frank Bowles, Jay Smith, Simon Carr, Judy Brotman.
The meeting was officially opened at 8:05 am by Co-Chair Don Metz.~~
- The minutes of October 21, 2008 were approved.
- The office layout drafts were briefly reviewed. They show 6’6” partitions. It may be that these layout drafts will be sufficient to visualize the work space, and the model may not be necessary.
- Recreate will be vacating their space in the very near future, which should allow the project to begin work deconstructing in that existing space.
- The windows are ordered, the trusses are delivered. Sills will be laid soon, depending on weather. Work on the new structure is proceeding.
- The committee does not have a timeline yet Don and Frank to remind Estes & Gallup that we are looking for one as soon as possible.
- The committee agreed to meet every two weeks from now on. Judy will send out reminders the Monday before the meeting.
- Meeting adjourned at 8:30 am.
