NEW TOWN OFFICES COMMITTEE
MEETING MINUTES
August 5, 2008
Members Present: Don Metz, Frank Bowles, Jay Smith, Simon Carr, Judy Brotman
The meeting was officially opened at 8:00 am by Co-chair Frank Bowles.
1. The minutes of July 29th were approved.
2. Estes & Gallup need a date certain for the start date to begin construction. They would like to begin work the week of August 25th.
3. The Estes & Gallup contract is ready to be executed, just awaiting final costs of the project.
4. The Lyme Foundation and the Foundation Grants Committee will be meeting today to discuss the project requests.
5. Judy will contact DES regarding the required permitting for the possible proposed culvert and driveway relocation.
6. The project may develop a construction sign for posting at the road as the project begins.
Meeting adjourned at 8:25 am.
