LYME TOWN OFFICES BUILDING COMMITTEE
MEETING MINUTES
APRIL 30, 2008
Members Present: Simon Carr, Don Metz, Frank Bowles, Jay Smith, Mike Woodard, Judy Brotman
The meeting was officially opened at 5 pm by Co-Chair Frank Bowles.
1 The public session and non-public session minutes of April 29, 2008 were approved as amended. (Thanks Jay)
2 The Committee voted unanimously by roll call vote to seal the non-public session minutes of April 29, 2008.
3 Don updated the committee on the Construction Manager interviews. Mike Woodard moved to recommend, to the Board of Selectmen, the hiring Estes & Gallop as the project Construction Manager. Judy Brotman seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
4 The Committee voted unanimously at 5:20 pm to go into non-public session under RSA 91-A:3 II d.
5 At 5:35 pm the committed returned to public session. Simon Carr moved to seal the public minutes, Frank Bowles seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously by roll call vote.
The meeting adjourned at 5:45 pm.
