MINUTES
APPROVED July 28, 2004
Present: Barney Brannen, Earl Strout, Mike Smith, Judy Brotman, Freda Swan, Dick Jones, Gibb Cornwell, Tony Ryan.
The meeting was called to order at 7:05 PM.
This was a working session of the Committee. Discussion covered how to present the budget at Little Town Meeting and Town Meeting. It was agreed that Brannen would present an overview including a history of how the Committee planned its work. Jones would then follow with an explanation of the parts concluding with the operating budget.
The meeting adjourned at 7:45 PM.
