Present at this meeting: Selectmen: Richard Jones. Budget Committee Members: Gibb Cornwell, Josh Kilham, Chairman Barney Brannen, Judy Shelnutt-Brotman, and Freda Swan, Earl Strout, Jeff Lehmann, and Scribe Dina Cutting.
The meeting was called to order at 6:30 by Chair Brannen.
The MS-7 and the MS-27 were reviewed and signed by the Budget Committee.
Warrant articles were reviewed and voted as followed:
8) Ms. Shelnutt-Brotman moved to recommend article #8, seconded by Ms. Swan. Followed was a brief discussion concerning the content of this article. The motion was voted unanimously in favor.
9) Mr. Cornwell moved to recommend article #9, seconded by Mr. Jones. The motion was voted unanimously in favor.
10) Ms. Swan moved to recommend article #10, seconded by Ms. Shelnutt-Brotman. The motion was voted unanimously in favor.
11) Mr. Jones moved to recommend article #11, seconded by Mr. Cornwell. The motion was voted unanimously in favor.
12) Ms. Shelnutt-Brotman moved to recommend article #12, seconded by Ms. Swan. The motion was voted unanimously in favor.
13) Mr. Strout moved to recommend article #13, seconded by Ms. Swan. The motion was voted unanimously in favor.
At this time Ms. Shelnutt-Brotman and Ms. Swan left to go up stairs and prepare for the informational meeting on the Highway maintenance Facility Bond.
Mr. Jones moved to approve the minutes of January 21st meeting, seconded by
Mr. Kilham. A correction was offered. Motion voted unanimously in favor with correction noted.
Mr. Strout moved to approve the minutes of the Public Hearing on January 28th, seconded by Mr. Cornwell. Voted in favor with Mr. Strout and Mr. Lehmann abstaining.
At 7:00pm Mr. Kilham moved to adjourn, seconded by Mr. Strout. Motion voted unanimously in favor.
Reminder: Organizational meeting, Tuesday February 17th, 7:00pm Town Offices.
