Staff present: Gwen Miller, Land Use Director/Town Planner, and Peggy Ammendola, Land Use Clerk
Front Yard, LLC, Elm Court, 310 Old Stockbridge Road (Map 3, Parcel 4), Special Permit for access to the resort via Old Stockbridge Road in Lenox, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 3.1.C.7, Section 9.4, and 4.1.4. Continued public hearing from February 18, 2015 and March 18, 2015.
Ms. Considine opened the continued Public Hearing at 7:00 PM and advised those present that due to the illness of one of the five members of the Board, the hearing would be continued to May 6, 2015 at 7:00 PM and would again take place in the auditorium.
