Members present:  Chair Ethan Berg, (EB); Shawn Leary Considine, (SLC); Robert Fuster Sr. (RF); Robert Fuster Jr., (RFjr); Ned Douglas, (ND)
Absent with notification: Cliff Snyder, (CS)
Staff present: Land Use Clerk Peggy Ammendola, (PA)

7:00 pm 67 Church Street, LLC, for property located at 67 Church Street, (Map 43, Parcel 181). Special Permits Sections 3.1.12 and 3.3.2 to convert the second floor of 67 Church Street to a residential dwelling unit.  

Making the presentation was Attorney Jeff Lynch.  Also present was Drew Davis, Principal of 67 Church Street, LLC.

The conversion is for space which has been used as office space for a number of years, but had been used as an apartment previously.   Attorney Lynch stated converting back to a residential use is consistent with the neighborhood which is made up of restaurants, offices, retail and apartments.  

RFjr made a motion to close the public hearing and RF seconded the motion.  The Board voted to agree
5-0.  

RF made a motion to grant the Petition as requested.  RFjr seconded the motion and the Board voted to approve 5-0.

There was no correspondence received or members of the public present.

Approve Minutes-November 6, 2013 -RF made a motion to approve the minutes as written.  ND seconded the motion and the Board voted to approve 5-0.
