Notice is hereby given that at 7:00 p.m. on May 17, 2017 at the Lenox Town Hall, 6 Walker Street, Lenox, the Zoning Board Appeals will hear the petition of AT&T for property at 169 Main Street (Map 46, Parcel 18). The property is in the Residential “R-1A” zoning district. The petitioner seeks to renew an existing Special Permit pursuant to Section 10.3 “Wireless Telecommunications Overlay District” of the Lenox Zoning Bylaw to add, remove, modify and replace transmission equipment enclosed within the Church on the Hill steeple. Petition materials are available for review in the Office of Town Clerk between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday-Friday.
