MOTION by WA, seconded by KF to accept the Minutes of January 24. 5/0 vote.
Citizen’s Open Forum: None.
Consent Agenda: MOTION by WA, seconded by CG to approve the consent agenda as follows:
Two, one-day W&M licenses to Ventfort Hall for 2/10 and 2/17. 5/0 vote.
Willow Creek Corp. propane gas storage tanks public hearing: WA read the notice as it appeared in The Berkshire Eagle. MOTION by WA, seconded by CG to open the public hearing. 5/0 vote. Jeff Clifford from Willow Creek Corp. confirmed the requirements of the State Fire Marshall, and explained why he is requesting to increase his storage capacity from his current 100,000 gallons to 300,000 gallons. He is seeking permission to install storage facilities for 180,000 gallons capacity aboveground tanks and 120,000 gallon capacity underground tanks. EL reported on his visit to the site, and he indicated he was supportive of the permit. After the Board’s questions were answered, MOTION by WA, seconded by CG to close the public hearing. 5/0 vote. MOTION by WA, seconded by CG to approve the
storage facilities license as requested. 5/0 vote.
