Minutes of Meeting – May 30, 2017; meeting called to order at 7:00pm. Present: Channing Gibson; Warren Archey; Ken Fowler; Ed Lane. Absent: Dave Roche.
The Board met at the Lenox Dale Firehouse. There was a presentation from Crane Healthcare, Inc. on locating a proposed medical marijuana facility in Lenox/Lenox Dale. Approximately 75 people attended, with 32 raising a wide range of issues. Once all questions were asked and answered, the Board stated that this topic would be brought up at their regular Selectmen’s meeting to be held tomorrow night (5/31). As the first step in the application process, the Board is being asked by Crane Healthcare, Inc. to sign a letter of support or of non-opposition for a medical marijuana facility to be located in Lenox/Lenox Dale.
