Minutes of Meeting – April 15, 2016; meeting called to order at 2:30pm. Present: Ed Lane; Channing Gibson; Dave Roche; Ken Fowler; Warren Archey.
The Board reviewed the final version of the Annual Town Meeting warrant. It was mentioned that any amendments made need to be in writing per our by-law. MOTION by CG, seconded by DR to call the Annual Town Meeting for Thursday, May 5, 2016 at 7pm in the Duffin Theatre of the Lenox Memorial Middle High School, and further, to approve the 2016 Annual Town Meeting warrant as presented by the Town Manager and approved by Town Counsel. 5/0 vote.
Meeting adjourned at 3:00pm.
