MOTION by DR, seconded by CG that the sale of the $618,923 Anticipation Serial Loan – Sewerage Improvements of the Town dated October 8, 2015 (the “Note”), to UniBank for Savings, at the price of $618,923 is hereby approved and confirmed. The Note shall be payable on June 23, 2016, and shall bear interest at the rate of 0.70%. 4/0 vote.
