Minutes of Meeting – May 7, 2015 - Duffin Theater, Lenox Memorial Middle High School; Meeting called to order at 6:32pm. ~Present: ~Channing Gibson; Ed Lane; Ken Fowler; Dave Roche.
Town Manager Report: The TM discussed the Zoning Bylaw change under Article 21. The Planning Board voted unanimously to approve the bylaw change, though a member of the Planning Board had indicated earlier in the day via email that, in the member's opinion, the article should be pulled. MOTION by KF, seconded by DR to support Article 21. 4/0 vote in favor.
Selectmen: KF reported to the Board that the author of Article 24 and 25 would consult the moderator on the procedures for tabling action at this Town Meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:40pm.
