Minutes of Meeting – May 22, 2014; meeting called to order at 11:30am. Present: Ed Lane; Channing Gibson; Dave Roche. Absent: Ken Fowler; Warren Archey.
CK gave a brief background of the request from Bagel & Brew for an outside dining permit. He explained that they wish to utilize two parking spaces at the front of the lot by installing planters at the perimeter. They will then install four tables with a total of 20 seats. EL reminded them that it is important that the alcohol and noise level be monitored carefully. MOTION by EL, seconded by DR to approve an outdoor dining permit to Bagel & Brew contingent upon installation of the barriers as described in their application; further, that all alcohol and food be removed from the outside by 10pm. 3/0 vote.
