Minutes of Meeting – April 8, 2014; meeting called to order at 8:00am. Present: Ken Fowler; Ed Lane; Channing Gibson; Dave Roche; John McNinch.
Town Clerk Jen Picard performed a swearing in ceremony for the new Town Manager Christopher Ketchen.
DR announced that he would be going through the ATM warrant article by article, and wanted to state that this budget is sustainable and well-thought out; it keeps the tax rate down, it provides pay increases to staff and retains all town jobs. There were a few questions asked and answered as he went through the articles, and it was agreed to add a note to Article 17 stating that the estimated amount to be bonded for the Brunell Avenue Pump Station project may be $400,000. MOTION by KF, seconded by EL to approve the 2014 Annual Town Meeting warrant as amended. 5/0 vote.
