Minutes of Meeting – September 4, 2013; meeting called to order at 10:00am. Present: Ken Fowler; Ed Lane; Channing Gibson; Dave Roche; John McNinch.
MOTION by CG, seconded by KF to grant permission for the Colonial Carriage Society to display a banner for the annual Tub Parade from 9/14-21, and to grant permission for the Toole Agency and Lenox Chamber Commerce to display a banner for the annual Brock Trot and Apple Squeeze from 9/21-29. 5/0 vote.
By roll call, CG, EL, JM, DR and KF voted to go into Executive Session at 10:05am to discuss contract negotiations for the new town manager, and to not return to open session.
