Minutes of Meeting – August 28, 2013; meeting called to order at 1:30pm. Present: Ken Fowler; Ed Lane; Channing Gibson; Dave Roche. John McNinch entered meeting at 1:35pm.
MOTION by CG, seconded by EL to grant $1500 to the Concerts in the Park series. 3/0 vote with KF abstaining.
By roll call, CG, EL, JM, DR and KF voted to go into Executive Session at 1:35pm to discuss a contract for the new town manager, and pending litigation on the Belvedere issue and to not return to open session.
