Minutes of Meeting – December 8, 2010; meeting called to order at 6:00 pm.
Present: KR Flynn; J McNinch; D Trancynger; K Fowler. Absent: L Messana.
Tax Classification Hearing: MOTION by JM, seconded by DT to open the public hearing. 4/0 vote. Board of Assessors Chairman Joe Kellogg gave a brief overview and recommended that the town adopt a dual tax rate with a residential factor of .943. MOTION by DT, seconded by JM to close the public hearing. 4/0 vote. MOTION by DT, seconded by KF to adopt a dual tax rate with a residential factor of .943. 4/0 vote. Meeting adjourned at 6:16 pm.
