Minutes of Meeting – April 8, 2009; meeting called to order at 9:00 am.
Present: L Messana; J McNinch; KR Flynn; RN Sandlin; S. Pavlosky.
MOTION by LM, seconded by RNS to grant a one-day A/A license to Eastover Resort for 4/13 from 5pm-11pm at the mansion. 5/0 vote.
The Board reviewed and discussed the upcoming Annual Town Meeting warrant. RNS asked that copies of the complete Affordable Housing Trust by-law be available as a hand-out at the Town Meeting.
MOTION by RNS, seconded by KRF to approve the Annual Town Meeting warrant as presented. 5/0 vote.
Meeting adjourned at 9:45 am.
