RN Sandlin; L Messana. Absent: JH Pumphrey; RT Akroyd. Also in attendance, Town Counsel Jerry Scully, Attorney Mark Gold, Marianne Ellrodt, Denis Lesieur and Greg Federspiel.
Library Purchase and Sale and Lease Agreement: The Board reviewed and discussed the draft P&S and lease agreement. Final edits were made. MOTION by LM, seconded by SP to approve the P&S and Lease as presented (after final edits). 3/0 vote.
Meeting adjourned at 5:00 pm.
