MOTION by RTA, seconded by JHP to accept the Minutes of May 23 and 31 and Executive Minutes of May 23 as presented. 4/0 vote.
MOTION by JHP, seconded by LM to approve the contract between the Town and the Fire/Ambulance Union. 4/0 vote. The Selectmen thanked the representatives of the union for their professional conduct during the negotiations.

MOTION by JHP, seconded by LM to enter into a contract with CET to administer the Southern Berkshire Household Hazardous Waste Program for FY08, the seventh year of the program. 4/0 vote.
MOTION by JHP, seconded by LM to grant a one-day A/A license to Big Brother/Big Sister for 6/27 from 5-11pm at Eastover. 4/0 vote.
MOTION by JHP, seconded by LM to grant permission to the Lenox Library to hold Tuesday movie nights in the Roche Reading Park in July and August beginning at dusk for approximately 1? hours. 4/0 vote.
MOTION by JHP, seconded by RTA to endorse the passage of the Municipal Partnership Act. 4/0 vote. This act would allow towns to gain some additional revenue options (local meals tax, another 1% on the room tax) as well as the option of purchasing health insurance through the state’s Group Insurance Commission. In addition, the bill proposes to end the tax exemption the telephone industry enjoys on their poles and switching station. And finally, it calls for the state to take over under-performing pension funds. Further, it was suggested that the Board send a Letter to the Editor for publication in The Berkshire Eagle.
MOTION by JHP, seconded by RTA to award the bid for a dump truck to Ben Funk, Inc. in the amount of $139,623 and to authorize the TM to sign a contract for same. 4/0 vote.
Old/New Business: LM read off the two anniversaries this month: Gary Lagarce and Paul Mahoney.
