I. Zoning Bylaw Amendment Finalization for Annual Town Meeting
a. Housekeeping Changes
The Planning Board reviewed the proposed housekeeping changes section by section, editing a table prepared for comparing existing language and proposed language. They made slight changes to language and edited the format of the table.
b. Parking Bylaw Amendments
The Planning Board reviewed the proposed parking bylaw section by section. KMV had a number of suggested changes to the Zoning Bylaw section. It was agreed that she and DR would meet separately to go through the remainder and prepare a final draft for review at the next PB meeting on March 14th.
c. Lenox Dale Zoning
The Planning Board did not have time to review the Lenox Dale zoning district boundary amendments.
d. Accessory Structures
The Planning Board reviewed Jim Biancolo’s recommended language intended to place a maximum number on accessory structures on any property in Lenox. The Planning Board agreed to remove the language from the list of proposed amendments.
Town Meeting Preparation
GM stated the informational session for the bylaw amendments would be Tuesday, March 28th and the Public Hearing would be Tuesday, April 11th.
Approval of Minutes
The Planning Board reviewed and approved the minutes of three previous meetings: January 24, February 14 and February 28.
