KS called the meeting to order at 6:22 pm.
Approval of Minutes
June 14, 2016 – tabled
June 28, 2016 – with minor amendments, KMV moved approval; TD seconded. The minutes were approved (3-0).
Form A, Approval Not Required (ANR): 13 Sargent Brook Road
Representing Kondour Capital and the Bernard family, Brian Koczela of BEK Land Surveyors presented an ANR plan for signature. The plan involves a division of land to resolve an encroachment and to make the property at 13 Sargent Brook Road less non-conforming than it currently is. KMV moved to endorse the plan as presented; TD seconded. The motion was approved (3-0).
