Staff present: Peggy Ammendola, Land Use Clerk, PA; Gwen Miller, Land Use Director and Town Planner (GM)
Also present: Selectman Ken Fowler
The meeting was called to order at 6:03 PM.
Approval of Minutes-TD made a motion to approve the minutes of March 24, 2015 and MS seconded the motion. Minor edits were made and the Board voted to approve 3-0.
BRPC Update-There was no update
Solar Bylaw Report for Town Meeting-This item was placed on the agenda in the event any of the Board members had more to add. No additions were suggested. KS will present to the Board on April 28th a draft of his presentation he proposes for the Annual Town Meeting for the warrant articles regarding Solar and the Village Center Parking Overlay District.
Village Center Parking Overlay District-GM presented an up-to-date Draft Zoning Bylaw Amendment
and she also provided an analysis of the study area which included all parcels. The study broke down the lot size, lot size distribution, building footprint, building footprint distribution and lot coverage. GM detailed the study and the Board reviewed and discussed.
KS pointed out that whatever the Board decides on tonight will be in the printed Town Meeting Warrant. The Public Hearing is on April 21st and the ATM is on May 7th. Two minor edits were made. TD will prepare diagrams for handicap parking and submit to GM. Any changes can be made at the ATM.
MS made a motion to adjourn and TD seconded the motion. The Board voted to adjourn at 6:34 PM.
