Selectmen present: Channing Gibson, CG
Staff present: Peggy Ammendola, Land Use Clerk, PA; Mary Albertson, Town Planner, MA
The Board was notified after the scheduled time for the meeting that SS would not be available; therefore there was not a quorum. Rob Akroyd of Greylock Design Associates and Attorney Mitch Greenwald had been on the agenda to continue the discussion regarding Chestnut Lane submission requirements, but were advised the meeting was canceled. Attorney Greenwald presented as requested his letter dated June 25, 2013 which outlines the legal basis for their request for approval of the western portion of Chestnut Lane as a “way in existence” pursuant to Chapter 41, Section 81 P of the General Laws and to a similar provision in the Town of Lenox regulations. MA told Attorney Greenwald that she would have a conversation with Kopelman and Paige, counsel for the Town of Lenox. This meeting will be
placed on the agenda for the July 9, 2013 meeting.
