Members present: Chair Joseph A. Kellogg, JK; Steve Sample, SS; Gary Schiff, GS; and Kate McNulty-Vaughan, KMV.
Members absent: Ken Fowler, KF.
Staff present: Mary Albertson, Town Planner, MA.
The meeting was called to order at 6:05pm. ~
Approval Not Required Plans: Patrick McColgan, of Taconic Land Consultants, submitted a letter asking to withdraw the Form A application submitted on September 28, 2010 for Joseph Porter for property located at West Street. MA explained that she had reviewed the application with Town Counsel who advised the matter could be resolved by recording a boundary line agreement rather than a Form A. GS made a motion to allow the applicant to withdraw the Form A application. SS seconded the motion and the Board voted 4-0 to approve.
Continued Discussion - Potential Zoning Amendments: MA distributed a draft outline of the proposed zoning amendments. She encouraged members to review the document and offer comments at the next meeting.
Planning Board Recommendations to Town Boards and Commissions: There were no formal recommendations.
Review Correspondence from Abutting Communities: Decisions and notices of public hearings from abutting communities were reviewed.
Minutes: ~Approval of the September 28, 2010 minutes was tabled until the next meeting.
Other Business: JK said that he and MA would be meeting with the Town Manager later in the week to discuss the possibility of the Planning Board become more involved in various Town projects. A report will be presented about the discussion at the next meeting.

GS made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6.45pm. ~SS seconded the motion and the Board voted 4-0 to approve. ~
