may be located north of the Carriage House Road to avoid major tree clearing and to maximize natural topography. There is a 30’ drop away from Kemble Street. Homes would be an average of 26’high, no more than 34’high. Homes would be approximately 2,500 sf footprint, 3,000 sf total. There will be a 20’ road approximately 600 linear feet providing access to the units. A pathway will be provided to provide pedestrian access to the estate and facility.
