Old Business
Brochure and Applications for Historic House Plaque Program
JJ provided the latest version of the brochure and it was received with great enthusiasm.  It was agreed that the background photo should cover the entire area of the inside page.  Other than that the only remaining effort is to take and incorporate final photos of the historic plaques that are to be portrayed in the brochure.
It was agreed that the “Lenox Historical Commission” entry on the bottom of each plaque should be made smaller to provide more room on each plaque.  Plaques already produced would remain as is.  JB to provide samples of smaller “LHC” entries at the next meeting.
OW stressed the importance of documenting a procedure covering the steps necessary to administer the plaque program.  JB agreed to work with OW to generate the procedure for review at the next meeting.
SP provided a prioritized list of public buildings for which the HC will provide plaques.  Funds for these plaques will come from the administration fee that is part of plaque program proceeds.
Current Status:  JJ has incorporated new pictures of the existing historic plaques.  Suggested wording changes have also been incorporated and the brochure background photo now covers the entire page surface.  All review comments received were extremely positive and final acceptance of brochure is expected at the next meeting.
Updates to the prioritized list of public buildings must be made to reflect latest year built information.

Funding Opportunities
Community Preservation (CP) administrative funds are being pursued to potentially support updating historic property surveys (Form B’s).
Current Status:  Our $7800 request to update 122 Form B’s was approved at the Annual Town Meeting on May 6.
Zoning Bylaw Change
Regarding our desire to have a Minimum Maintenance Ordinance (MMO) added to the Zoning Bylaw, at our previous meeting SH agreed to give our rough draft to Mary Albertson for her review and feedback.
As of this writing, we have not heard from Mary Albertson.
New Business
No new projects planned at this time.
The value of attending the Berkshire Regional Planning Board dinner on April 29th with a speaker on Historic Preservation was discussed.   JJ volunteered to send out details by email. Deadline for reservations is 4/19.

The meeting was adjourned at 5:20 PM
Respectfully submitted.
