The meeting was called to order at 5:55 PM.
Birchwood Inn (Map 46, Parcel 31), 7 Hubbard Street-Certificate of Appropriateness to remodel the front porch by replacing and restoring existing components and materials to maintain the same appearance.

Present were the following:
Tom Johnson, the owner of the Birchwood Inn; Scott Henderson, the architect; and Fran Wilson, the contractor.
There was not a quorum, so the hearing had to be continued. MS made the motion to continue to January 17, 2017 at 5:30 PM and JB seconded the motion. It was agreed to continue.
