April 15, 2014
Members present: Chair Jason Berger, JB; Lucy Kennedy, LK; Ken Fowler, KF; Kate McNulty-Vaughan, KMV
(KMV is a Planning Board member who is filling in tonight for the vacant position left due to the death of Steve Sample.)
Due to an extended illness, Elaine Steinert (ES) will be out until further notice.
Staff present: Peggy Ammendola, PA
Mackimmieco LLC, 67 Church St., Map 43 Parcel 183, sign-The applicant or a representative was not present. Attempts to reach Drew Davis were not successful; therefore it was decided to continue this hearing to a later date.
JB and PA will not be present for the next meeting of May 6th, and there is nothing on that agenda, but there is an application and Public Hearing scheduled for May 20th. Both dates were considered, and LK made a motion to continue to the regularly scheduled meeting of May 20, 2014. KF seconded the motion and the Commission voted to agree 4-0
Minutes: March 18, 2014-LK proposed changes to the minutes. KF made a motion to approve the minutes as amended and LK seconded the motion. The Commission voted to approve 3-0-1 with KMV abstaining as she was not present at the meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:58 pm.
