Overlee Property Holdings, LLC, 65 Church St., Map 43 Parcel 179. Replace 11 windows.
Making the presentation was Robert Murray of Overlee, and Adam Lukomski of Pella Windows.
Mr. Murray stated that the structure originally was three separate buildings that were eventually combined into one building. Ten of the 11 windows being replaced have aluminum storm windows and none of the windows were original to the structure. The existing style of the windows being replaced are two over two and the replacement windows will replicate that.
A sample window was provided. All of the original trim will remain.
KF made a motion to approve the window replacement as presented. SS seconded the motion and the Commission voted to approve 3-0.

The next meeting of December 17, 2013 has been cancelled as there are no applications.
