Absent with notification: Jason Berger, JB
Staff present: Peggy Ammendola, PA
Bagel and Brew, Philip Cohen, 18 Franklin St., Map 43 Parcel 190, sign.
Mr. Cohen was not present, but was contacted by phone. He apologized and said he did not realize that he had to be present and offered to come, but would be coming in from Richmond. LK made a motion to continue the hearing to September 3rd at 5:45 pm. ES seconded the motion and the Commission voted to agree 3-0.
Approve minutes:
April 16, 2013- SS ES KF-Tabled again for lack of quorum.
August 6, 2013-JB SS LK-Tabled for lack of quorum.
