Shawn Albert, 48 Main St., Map 43 Parcel 197, sign.
Presenting the application was Shaun Albert. He provided a drawing of the proposed sign which he described as being 2’ x 2’, carved on both sides, either circular or square and in the colors of black and white. It would be hung from the side of the building, measuring 2’ x 2’, and carved on both sides, and either a circle or a square. The sign will be white with black lettering. Photographs of the location and the mounting hardware were provided. It will not be a swinging sign.
LK made a motion to approve the application as presented. ES seconded the motion and the Board voted 3-0 to approve.
Minutes-
March 19, 2013: LK made a motion to approve the minutes as written and ES seconded the motion. The Commission voted to approve 3-0.
April 16, 2013-Tabled as there was not a quorum.
May 7, 2013-Tabled as there was not a quorum.
