PVI Lenox Village, LLC, 60 Main St., Map 43 Parcel 196, replace siding at Post Office building.
Making the presentation was Drew Davis of PVI Lenox Village, LLC. He proposed that all of the existing barn board will be replaced as it is in disrepair. He provided samples for the trim, to be Aztec White, and HardiePlank® siding which will be Brewster Gray. The color and materials will be the same as recently used for Nejaime’s which is located in the same shopping center.
LK made a motion to issue a Certificate of Appropriateness for the new siding and trim as proposed using smooth HardiePlank®. ES seconded the motion and the Commission voted to approve 3-0.
Tiffany Roberts, 5 Walker St., Map 43 Parcel 166 also known as the Curtis (Berkshire House Hunters), sign.
Presenting the application was Tiffany Roberts.
Ms. Roberts said that her sign will measure 6’ by 11” and be black with gold lettering. ES made a motion to approve the plan as proposed. LK seconded the motion and the Commission voted to approve 3-0.
Approve Minutes-April 23, 2013-LK made a motion to approve the minutes as written. ES seconded the motion and the Commission voted to approve 3-0.
