Absent with notification: Clare Cantone, CC
Staff present: Peggy Ammendola, PA
Claudia Cass, 69 Church St., Map 43 Parcel 180, new signage.
Making the presentation was Ms. Cass. She told the Commission that she has rented a small space on the second floor at the building at 69 Church St. for the purpose of tutoring students.
She is requesting two signs, one to be placed to the left of the door at the front of the building. Just inside the door are the stairs leading to her office. A second sign would be placed on the outer sign under the existing Lenox Gallery sign. SS made a motion to approve the two signs as presented and ES seconded the motion. The Commission voted to approve 3-0.
Approve Minutes:
October 4, 2011-Tabled as there was not a quorum.
November 1, 2011-SS made a motion to approve the minutes as presented and ES seconded the motion. The Commission voted to approve 3-0.
ES made the motion to adjourn at 5:50 pm and SS seconded the motion. The Commission voted to adjourn 3-0.
