Absent with notification: Jason Berger, JB
Staff present: Peggy Ammendola, PA
Elyse Etling, Pronto, 18D Franklin St., Map 43 Parcel 190, sign. The applicant failed to appear. It was agreed to continue to August 16, 2011 at 5:45 pm.
Ken and Fran Fowler, 25 Church Street, Map 43 Parcel 168, replace front door.
Presenting the application was Ken Fowler. He provided a catalogue photo of the door he wishes to install and stated that the existing door has no historical significance. He will be using the existing hardware.
CC made a motion to accept the plan as presented and ES seconded the motion. The Commission voted to approve 3-0.
Minutes: ES made a motion to approve the minutes of July 19, 2011 and CC seconded the motion. The Commission voted to approve 3-0.
