5:30 pm Kelley Troiano, 27 Housatonic St., Map 43, Parcel 176, re-roofing. Continued from July 15, 2008
Making the presentation were Bob and Michael Wheeler who will be re-roofing Ms. Troiano’s building. The old roof (pitched roof) will be removed and repairs, if necessary, will be made to the underlying wood. It will be replaced with CertainTeed brand architectural shingles, “Ebony Wood”. The flat roof portion of the building will be replaced and covered with a black rubber product by Firestone. Fascias and gutters will not be changed. Nothing will be done to the cupola structure itself. If the owner does want to do anything to the cupola, a new application must be submitted.
JH made a motion to accept the shingle selection as submitted and approve the re-roofing. ES seconded the motion and the Commission voted to approve 4-0.
