This was a continuation of the meeting on June 17, 2008
Lenox Village Pharmacy, 5 Walker St., Map 43 Parcel 166, new sign and awnings. As requested, Mr. Browne provided a sample of the awning material and dimensions regarding the width and overhang of the awnings as well as the dimensions of the oval sign on the awnings.
The widths of each awning will be the same as the window upon which it is being placed; the overhang of each awning will be less than four feet, and both ovals will be six square feet or a little less.
The Commissions approved and agreed to issue a Certificate of Appropriateness.
