Land Use Meeting Room
Members present: Chair Ken Fowler (KF), Jason Berger (JB) arrived at 5:40 PM, Kate McNulty Vaughan arrived at 6:00 PM after the meeting was adjourned due to lack of quorum.
Absent without notification: Elaine Steinert (ES)
Also present was Town Planner Mary Albertson. Peggy Ammendola was absent with notification.
KF called the meeting to order at 5:30 PM and noted that he would wait until 5:45 PM for a quorum. He noted that he had sent a meeting reminder to the members via email on Monday. It was noted that he did not hear from any of the members that they would not be attending the meeting. Jason Berger arrived at 5:40 PM. KF noted he would wait an additional ten minutes for a quorum. At approximately 5:55 PM, KF noted there was no quorum and adjourned the meeting at 5:55 PM.
