Members present: Chair Ken Fowler, Jason Berger, Elaine Steinert
Kate McNulty Vaughan was present. She has been appointed, but not yet been sworn in by the Town Clerk
Joe Casseola, representative of St. Ann Church, presented the proposal. Also present was Father C.J. Waitekus and architect Tom Arieati. Mr. Casseola explained the history of the project and the initial permitting process of the covered walkway.
Jason questioned whether a vote was needed and if this was actually in the Historic District. Elaine made a motion to issue a Certificate of Non-Applicability and Jason seconded the motion. The Board agreed 3-0.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:32 p.m.
The minutes were submitted by the HDC. I was not at this meeting.
